By purchasing credits and using our Services, You agree to this Refund Policy.

No Refunds on Credits

All purchases of Service Credits are final. We do not offer refunds for used or unused credits under any circumstances. Credits are not redeemable for cash or any other form of monetary value once purchased.

Billing Errors

The only circumstance in which a refund may be issued is in the event of a verifiable billing error caused by Chatwarden. For example, if we overcharge You for processing a call, we will investigate the matter and, if confirmed, issue a refund or credit adjustment as appropriate.

If You believe You have encountered a billing error, please contact us at [email protected] with Your account details, the transaction date, and an explanation of the error. We will review Your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically 1-2 business days.

Processing Refunds for Billing Errors

If a refund is approved due to a billing error on our part, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to process the refund.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify You via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the updated policy becomes effective constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
