By purchasing credits and using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
No Refunds on Purchases of Credits
All purchases of Chatwarden service credits are final. Once you buy credits, we do not offer refunds for any used or unused credits. Credits are not redeemable for cash or any other form of monetary value once purchased.
This means that if you decide not to use the credits you purchased, or if you use only a portion of them, we are unable to refund the unused portion. Unused credits will remain in your account until they expire (12 months after purchase).
Billing Errors and Exceptions
The only exception to our no‑refund policy is if there is a verifiable billing error or mistake on our part. If you are incorrectly charged due to a system error or other mistake by us, we will make it right.
Examples of billing errors include:
- Being charged more than you should have been (for example, a duplicate charge or a higher rate than advertised).
- A technical issue causing more credits to be deducted than appropriate for a particular call
- Any clear mistake where our system or team incorrectly billed you.
If you believe you have been overcharged or there is a billing error, please contact us immediately.
To report a billing error, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Billing Error.” Include your account details, the transaction date, the amount charged, and a description of the issue along with any supporting evidence (for example, a screenshot of the charge).
Resolution and Refund Process
If we verify a billing error on our end, we will issue a refund for the overcharged amount or adjust your credit balance accordingly. Refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method used.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, as processing times vary with banks or credit card providers.
